about

With the exception of vocals, this album was recorded live to 2" tape in two separate sessions at Postal Recording. At the helm of engineering an all-around rad vibes were Tyler Watkins and Alex Kercheval. Thanks to Bill Montgomery (National Seed Records), Punk Rock Night staff, Melody Inn staff, and all our fans, friends, and family.

Love to you all and hope you crank it up!

Additional thanks to Steve Janiak, Bake Henry, Brett Bratt and Lanny Bowles

Informally formed in 2008, Stealing Volume is a punk rock and roll band from the Midwest's Circle City. Over the years, the band has received many honors at the infamous Punk Rock Night Awards, including "Best Local Band" and "Best Live Act", as well as the city's "Best Punk Band" by local publication, Nuvo. In 2012, Stealing Volume released their first full length album, "Animal Fly" - with a string of local and regional shows which have included opening spots for Agent Orange, The Queers, The Casualties and G.B.H. Coming in and out of hibernation throughout the following years, the band found new wind and headed to Postal Recording in Indianapolis, IN where they recorded two separate live sessions. The end result of those sessions became the long awaited follow-up and was released July 30th 2021.
